Hello, my name is Drew Edwards and I am the lone Yank on this undertaking as far as I know.

I met Dan in 1998 at Cheley Colorado Camps where we were working as partners for the summer, leading trail rides in Rocky Mountain National Park, in Northern Colorado. I rode four summers in all at Cheley and have been riding since I was 8. Dan brought the idea of this drive to me in January of 2000, while we took an 8,000 mile (13,000 K) road trip around Australia.

I am very excited to be a part of this drive as it has special meaning for me. My uncle, Charlie Rogers, lost his battle with Multiple Miloma and Leukemia on June 27th of 1997. I am glad to be a part of such a wonderful adventure for a great cause. I hope to see you there!
